Finalizing the Floor Plan

Some of the interior work for the upstairs started this week. While Jose and Francisco was working on the outside of the house putting up the siding, Mr. Tree is framing where the bathroom and kitchen walls will go up. We are sacrificing space by trying to squeeze in one master bath, a half bath with enough room for washer and dryer and a moderately sized bedroom closet in our 896 sf upstairs unit.

That's where the 5' wide by 9' long master bath will be. 

The door way on the left leads to the closet, about 6' wide by 4' deep. On the right will be the bathroom.

The L-shape behind the closet will be the half bath 5' deep on the short side and 6' 6" deep on the other side, about 9' wide. We will have to get stackable washer and dryer to go in there.
